Plain English: We only collect your phone number when you ask for a demo or sign up. We never sell it, never use it for unsolicited marketing, and we delete demo numbers after 30 days. You're in control.

MissedCallFix is operated by Joshua Da Costa (the "data controller"). We're based in the UK and operate under UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

4. Demo numbers — GDPR detail

When you enter your number for a demo, you are explicitly requesting a service communication — this is not unsolicited marketing. It is processed under PECR as a requested service message.

Your number is stored only to enforce the 3-demo-per-number limit. It is never added to any marketing list and is permanently deleted after 30 days.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No advertising scripts. Nothing that tracks you across the web.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) if you're unhappy with how we've handled your data.

7. SMS opt-out

Reply STOP to any SMS from MissedCallFix at any time. You'll be added to our do-not-contact list immediately and will receive nothing further.

8. Security

All data is stored on encrypted servers in EU/UK data centres. All connections use HTTPS. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date above and notify active clients by email.
